Enterprise Development Skills Training for Silk, Automobile, ICT and Carpet Clusters in District Khyber & Peshawar.
In Continuation of the Enterprise Development Training for potential clusters, Four (04) days of Capacity Building Workshop / Training Event were conducted in District Khyber & Peshawar from 16th – 25th August, 2023, wherein 175 Businessmen and Women from Silk, Automobile, ICT and Carpet Business Clusters successfully completed their training courses. The workshops were organized by Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) through their Consulting Firm Empowerment thru Creative Integration (ECI).
The purpose of the trainings was to enhance the Business Development and Promotion, Management of the entrepreneurs in the respective Business Clusters in the area. Based on the Diagnostic Study and Training need Assessment, 500 individuals from selected Business Clusters in Districts Peshawar and Khyber are being trained in Business Management Skills, under the Capacity Building Initiative of Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC).
The training was followed by a Certificate Distribution Ceremony and was graced by PMU – KPEC Staff, Relevant Clusters Associations, at District Khyber & Peshawar. The Participants appreciated the activity and highlighted the importance of Business Management Skills in business growth and sustainability and assured all possible support to KPEC in the smooth implementation of the Project activities in the future.
