5 Days Trainings of Trainers on Enterprise Development for KP-TEVTA
SMEs are the backbone of the economy and play a vital role in Socio Economic Development of a country. In this regard a 5 days ToTs for the Master Trainers of the KP-TEVTA through interactive approach was arrange in the Government Advance Technical Training Centre GATTC Hayatabad, Peshawar.
The activity was successfully conducted from 16th Jan - 20th Jan, 2023 under a MoU signed between KPEC and KP-TEVTA whereas 30 master trainers were trained on the concepts of Enterprise Development, Financial Management and E-Commerce etc. It is envisaged that KPEC will transform the transport Corridor to an Economic Corridor through holistic economic interventions and skilled human resource development is paramount to achieve this initiative KPEC has entrusted ECI (Pvt.) Limited to carry out “Diagnostic Study of Clusters and Training on Enterprise Development Skills in Districts Khyber and Peshawar”. ToTs by consulting firm ECI was also one the primary objective of this activity.
Task Team Leader KPEC WB (Adja Mansoora Dahourou) also visited the training on the 3rd day of ToTs and held useful interactive sessions with the trainees. She appreciated the activity and assured that in future further activities will be planned with KP-TEVTA for development of human resource.
The Closing Ceremony of the activity was graced by Project Director KPEC, Principal GATTC, Director (Academics/Operations) KP-TEVTA and Director (M&E) and Director (Acad/Op) from KP-TEVTA. The representatives of KP-TEVTA appreciated all the trainees for participating actively in the activity and thanked KPEC/ECI for their active role in connection to imparting the training. The Project Director KPEC applauded the collaboration with KP-TEVTA and active engagement of their staff over the course of the activity and hoped that trained master trainers will continue the journey of propagating and disseminating the training material for larger Economic Development of the region.
