A series of meetings were held between M/S NESPAK and other Key stakeholders on the inception report to prepare Spatial Master Plan for Greater western Peshawar under the KPEC Project. The following stakeholders were included in the Project Review and Advisory Committee (PRAC).

1. Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department, GoKP.
2. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment & Trade, GoKP.
3. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zone Development & Management Company, GoKP.
4. KP Culture & Tourism Authority, GoKP.
5. Urban Policy & Planning Unit, Planning & Development Department, GoKP.
6. National Highways Authority, Govt of Pakistan.
7. Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority, GoKP.
8. Small & Medium Enterprise Development Authority, GoKP.
9. Public Private Partnership, P&DD, GoKP.

Other meetings were held with KPEZDMC on Prospective Economic Development Initiatives in District Khyber and Peshawar including industrialization etc. NESPAK also held meetings with Consultants on the Ongoing activities including ECI and I- Consultant on Cluster Diagnostic and women-owned and managed business in District Khyber & Peshawar for wider understanding of the dynamics of the study and economic opportunities and challenges in the project area.
