Enterprises (large, small and medium) play a pivotal role in the economic development of a country. In Pakistan there are 5.2 million enterprises contributing 40% to the country’s GDP and 25% to the exports. KPEC Interventions are designed to promote the enterprises of the project area and to make them competitive through cluster mapping, training need identification (TNA) and value chain development. Initially couple of interventions have been initiated in the form of identification of women owned/led enterprises in the respective districts followed by cluster mapping, analysis and enterprise training.
